12H-G333 Titan Summary

This turbocharger provides towing grunt, great response and amazing power all in one. Its design and boost is 24psi, preset to 18psi and can be operated efficiently from 10: 33psi. Fitting a boost controller and boost gauge will allow you to increase boost over the preset to 18psi.

20psi is typically available from 1650rpm if the tune and setup are complimentary.

12H-G333 Titan Performance expectations

Disclaimer: The black graph is the turbo tuned beyond its warranted capability, as a proof of concept and its endurance. (All modifications and testing were performed on a HDJ79 1HD-FTE)

12HT (HJ61)

Standard, the HDJ81 1HD-T produces 250Nm of wheel torque and 70-80rwkw. With a GTurbo 12H-G333 Titan combined with a customised tune of the factory injection pump (while in car), you can expect 400 of Wheel torque and 90rwkw to 100rwkw. Boost should reach a minimum of 20psi at 1600rpm when tuned correctly. Installations with a large intercooler, 3” exhaust and an upgraded air box and feed to turbo have yielded results as high as 115rwkw and torque over 500Nm at the wheels, and in these cases, 20psi may be reached at 1500rpm.
