Titanium Billet Compressor Wheel
CNC-machined from aerospace-grade titanium and 59% larger than the factory wheel, this ultra-strong, lightweight design delivers extreme heat resistance, low inertia, and incredible flow at high boost and RPM.

Next-Gen Oversized Turbine
A 63% larger turbine increases exhaust flow capacity, sustaining boost deep into the rev range without sacrificing low-end response, perfect for heavy towing, long-haul touring, and performance driving.

Heavy-Duty Internals
Reinforced with a 60% stronger main shaft, upgraded thrust bearing, and a high-flow Next-Gen VNT system for stable, controlled boost under sustained load and pressure.

Reinforced Construction

New Ball Bearing Core
The new Ball Bearing VD-G400Ti Ball Bearing variant delivers the same high-output capability as the journal-bearing model, with earlier response of up to 250+ RPM and exceptional transient performance.
Ball bearings drastically reduce friction, allowing the turbo to maintain higher shaft speed when coming off throttle and recover boost pressure faster when power is reapplied.
This results in a noticeably more responsive and versatile driving experience, especially in towing, off-road, and performance applications.

GTurbo’s new ceramic bearing system has undergone extreme durability testing, including sustained 50 psi boost on a G400Ti-equipped drag Hilux producing over 450 whp, with zero bearing failures to date.

Performance Expectations:

The VD-G400Ti is designed to handle high boost and big airflow across the full RPM range. With the right supporting mods and tune, you can expect:

• Factory Output (1VD-FTV, Single Turbo): ~380Nm at the wheels / ~100–120rwkW

• With VD-G400Ti + Custom ECU Tune: ~800–900Nm / 200–230rwkW

• Boost Delivery:
  • ~30psi by 1600rpm (with supporting mods & tuning)
  • Up to 40psi by 2000rpm with efficient air intake and low charge temps

• With Full Supporting Mods: Up to 330rwkW and 1100+Nm at the wheels
  (Large intercooler, 3” exhaust, GTurbo Power Pipe, injectors, and NPC1600Nm clutch required)

Note: Peak performance is based on setups using a turbo-back exhaust. Output may be slightly reduced if the factory DPF is retained. While compatible with the factory ECU tune, a custom remap is highly recommended to unlock full potential and ensure safe operation.

Supporting Modifications:

Common supporting modifications include a GTurbo Intercooler Fan kit or PDI Front mount intercooler, exhaust upgrade, upgraded airbox, replacement turbo intake pipe (GTurbo Power Pipe), NPC1600Nm Clutch and GTurbo high-flow injectors.
