Surpassing the benchmark set by the Heavy Duty Organic kit, our Super Heavy Duty kits are a matched clutch and flywheel set that retains the benefits of a heavy-duty organic clutch kit. It’s imperative to highlight that this kit must be installed as a unified set and is not compatible with the original factory flywheel. Important Note: original ring gear must be used with this kit.

Bedding in

Once installed, you will need to give your NPC clutch kit a chance to bed in before putting it through any hard use. 1000km’s of regular day to day driving is recommended. It’s the engagement of the clutch that does the bedding in, so ideally lots of gear changes and around town driving. Burnouts, flat changes, and general hard use is not recommended until the clutch has had a chance to bed in.
