All transit damage must be recorded on the delivery manifest and notified immediately. We will not accept any damage claim once installation has begun. There is a maximum of 5 working days from receiving stock to lodging a transit damage claim.

All orders are currently dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse and transit times will vary depending on your location. Transit times are in addition to dispatch (Lead) times.

As part of the dispatch process, you will be emailed a consignment note number along with the carrier.

Covid-19 Freight Policy Amendment: (effective March 2020)
PLEASE NOTE: With the advent of COVID-19, freight companies have had to implement a number of social distancing practices.
This means there may be unexpected delays to deliveries. Although Legendex and Genie Performance instruct freight companies that no freight is to be delivered or collected without signature or identification checks, freight companies may collect goods and/or leave goods at your location without receiving a signature or confirmation of delivery.
Legendex and Genie Performance has no control of this and cannot be held accountable for the actions of the freight companies. This may occur whether the freight is insured or not, and even if instructions have been given, that goods are not to be left, without authority.
Any issues relating to freight, because of this, will need to be taken up with the relevant freight company. This is something that is out of the control of Legendex and Genie Performance, and we will seek to minimize delays and issues where possible.
Legendex and Genie Performance may also have delays in manufacturing, supply and assembly of parts, as a result of covid-19.
